THE PROJECT
The Operational Plan for Securing Communal and Public Utility Spaces, developed under the auspices of Hellenic Ministry of Environment and Energy and the Greek government's Green Fund, serves as a comprehensive tool for recording and planning the integration of communal and public utility spaces into urban development initiatives. This ambitious endeavor seeks to enhance the livability and functionality of our cities by ensuring the acquisition and appropriate allocation of designated spaces for public use.
Our Contribution
Leveraging our extensive experience in urban planning and our profound understanding of city dynamics, we are actively collaborating with Lever Development Consultants S.A. to develop the ESEKK in select municipalities across Greece.
We offer a range of services throughout all stages of the ESEKK process, including:
- Proposal and timeline for implementation of actionable measures.
- Prioritization of space acquisition needs by the municipality.
- Categorization of spaces based on specific criteria.
- Assessment of current spatial conditions.
